Immunohistological evaluation of type I and III collagen before and after the tensile process. In both staining methods, the presence of each collagen type is indicated by the green area. The presence of type I collagen was validated for all the groups after the tensile process, although it was confirmed only in D15 before the tensile process. Similar to the type I collagen staining, the presence of type III collagen was confirmed in D10 and D15 prior to the tensile process.
