Thickness of the graft is greater when harvested more proximally. b A crossed suture tape configuration with “lasso-loop” knots at each corner is created by passing two BroadBand Tapes (ZimmerBiomet, Warsaw, IN, USA) from corner to corner sequentially, using a Quattro Suture Passer (ZimmerBiomet).
