ALL elongation test shows distance modification of the ALL ligament insertion points during the various experimental phases. ALL appears to have an extension to flexion elongation length ranging from 33 mm (in extension) to 40 mm (at 100° of flexion). There were no statistically significant elongation differences between native ALL and reconstructed ALL (graft) during laxity tests
