Effects of conditioned media on tenocyte migration. Conditioned medium was collected from cells cultured on connective tissue matrices for 24 h. The migration of tenocytes in the presence of conditioned media was monitored using the transwell assay. Migration was expressed as the % of migrated cells to the total number of cells.
