Each tibial tunnel was created in such a way that the number of screws interfering with the tibial tunnel was minimized. When the number of interfering screws was the same, the tibial tunnel positioning where the screw could be inserted the longest was chosen. In this case, the B screw interfered with the tibial tunnel, which was made on the anteromedial tibial cortex
