Procedure for anterolateral ligament reconstruction. The view of lateral aspect of a right knee, placed supine during procedure for anterolateral ligament (ALL) reconstruction. (A) The femoral tunnel is created posterior and proximal to the lateral epicondyle with a minimal incision. The tibial tunnel is created with another incision from the mid-point between the fibular head and Gerdy’s tubercle. The ALL graft is passed under the iliotibial tract and superficial to the lateral collateral ligament aspect of the tibia, after fixation to the femoral tunnel.
