Gyroscopes and accelerometers are used in commercial aviation and work like a 3-dimensional compass, showing the position of the airplane relative to the ground. For this reason the Figure in the centre of the screen, which represents the foot position, is displayed as an airplane. On the upper left box, “Ângulos” stands for angles; “Plano Frontal” refers to the coronal plane measurement; “Plano Horizontal” refers to the sagittal plane measurement and “Rotação” refers to the axial plane
