  1. 3D bead deformation represents average values of the separation distance between bead couples for the combined transverse and vertical displacements in the intact, torn, and repaired meniscus. Positive values indicate the bead pairs are moving away from each other or separating. Negative values depict compression or that the bead pairs are moving closer together. Radial shows the spread difference in the horizontal plane only. The Superior/Inferior distance corresponds to the separation or compression of bead pairs in the vertical plane
